Southern California Law Seminar February 10, 2012 Anaheim Marriott -- New location! 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
The CACM Law Seminar broke new ground when it was first introduced in 1994 as an event focused solely on California CID law from the manager’s perspective. Today, it is the leading event to focus on new changes in community management best practices and laws.
Join hundreds of your peers as CACM brings together leading experts in the industry to address pressing issues for the year ahead. We’ll explore more advanced topics – developed by managers for managers – that address the needs of the seasoned professional.
Plus, CACM presents a new type of session this year: Table Topics. These round table discussions will allow you to brainstorm solutions with like-minded managers and get legal input from attorney facilitators on a variety of topics. Learn more in the 2012 brochure.

Please note: Annual attendance at a CACM Law Seminar is a great way to stay up-to-date on legal issues and earn 7 CEUs. CCAMs are required to attend and pass the exam for a minimum of one Law Seminar for each recertification period – but, the more you attend, the more CEUs you’ll earn.
CCAMs earn 7 CEUs for each successfully completed CACM Law Seminar.
Here's what a few 2011 attendees liked best:
“The information that is exchanged and the speakers. Leaving the conference, I felt that I was in a better position as a property manager to advise my clients!”
Catherine Mac Alpine, CCAM
Action Property Management, Inc., ACMF
“The presentations were very well organized and the take away messages were great!”
Susan Jones, CCAM
Merit Property Management, Inc., ACMF
“It was highly organized, fast-paced, professional.”
Khaldun Butler, CCAM
Marrakesh Country Club
“I work for a self-managed community, and my information stream is very shallow. I rely on CACM for the information I need to manage my community. This Law Seminar was right on for me and my community. Keep up the good work."
Dennis Javens, CCAM
Oaks Shores Community Assn.
