Law Journal and Legal Directory

CACM's Law Journal is a quarterly publication designed to provide association managers with easily understood interpretation of legal matters. Distribution includes our extremely popular annual New Case law issue. The topics are limited to legal areas of interest for association managers thereby making it a widely read resource. The "Legal Directory" insert is a popular advertising medium designed for law firms who want their names widely publicized to managers and management firms throughout the state. Condominium Blue Book

The Condominium Blue Book is a reference guide to the operation of condominiums, planned developments and other common interest developments in California. It contains all of the state statutes that an officer, director, owner or manager is likely to need for reference in the day-to-day operations. The Blue Book is updated annually to accommodate new laws enacted and/or amended by the California legislature. It is available for purchase through CACM.
