The CACM Law Seminar broke new ground when it was first introduced in 1994 as an event focused solely on California CID law from the manager’s perspective. Today, it is the leading event to focus on new changes in community management best practices and laws.
Next to the bee’s knees and the cat’s pajamas, this year’s event promises to be a huge hit. Join hundreds of your peers for the opportunity to:
Learn to infuse passion in your life and unleash your full potential through an inspiring keynote session with Vernice “FlyGirl” Armour.
Step into The Roaring ’20s Exhibit Hall for the chance to browse the latest products and services from more than 100 service providers. View a list and map of exhibitors.

Register for the pre-trade show offering on February 1, 2012 from 12:30-4:30 pm.
Please note: Annual attendance at a CACM Law Seminar is a great way to stay up-to-date on legal issues and earn 7 CEUs. CCAMs are required to attend and pass the exam for a minimum of one Law Seminar for each recertification period – but, the more you attend, the more CEUs you’ll earn.
CCAMs earn 7 CEUs for each successfully completed CACM Law Seminar.
Here's what a few 2011 attendees liked best:
“Being able to put faces to names – there were a number of vendors who I have spoken with on the phone, but never had an opportunity to meet in person. This was a great way to get to know them.”
