The CACM Law Seminar broke new ground when it was first introduced in 1994 as an event focused solely on California CID law from the manager’s perspective. Today, it is the leading event to focus on new changes in community management best practices and laws.

Next to the bee’s knees and the cat’s pajamas, this year’s event promises to be a huge hit. Join hundreds of your peers for the opportunity to:

        • Sit in on informative educational sessions covering new legislation and case law, community manager liability, and smoking and architectural issues.

        • Participate in the new Table Topic sessions, which allow you to brainstorm solutions with like-minded managers and get legal input from attorney facilitators on a variety of topics.

        • Learn to infuse passion in your life and unleash your full potential through an inspiring keynote session with Vernice “FlyGirl” Armour.

        • Step into The Roaring ’20s Exhibit Hall for the chance to browse the latest products and services from more than 100 service providers. View a list and map of exhibitors.

Annual attendance at a CACM Law Seminar is a great way to stay up-to-date on legal issues and earn 7 CEUs. CCAMs are required to attend and pass the exam for a minimum of one Law Seminar for each recertification period – but, the more you attend, the more CEUs you’ll earn.

CCAMs earn 7 CEUs for each successfully completed CACM Law Seminar

“Being able to put faces to names – there were a number of vendors who I have spoken with on the phone, but never had an opportunity to meet in person. This was a great way to get to know them.”

Jennifer Law, CCAM

“[I liked] networking with others in the industry. It's nice to build relationships ... even with our competitors! The updates are helpful for all in our industry.”
Beth Farrell, CCAM
Merit Property Management, Inc., ACMF

“I always come away with new information that allows me to perform my duties more professionally.”

Janis Schock, CCAM
