The Vision Awards Program of the California Association of Community Managers, Inc. was established to recognize the "best of the best" for their outstanding achievements in the community association management industry.

The Vision Awards showcase the highest level of talent in our industry. Winning an award or being a nominee confers prestige on the individual and the companies and organizations they represent - illustrating high standards of management, certification, training and commitment to excellence within these companies and organizations.

All nominees will be invited to the “invitation only” VIP Reception on Thursday, July 31, 2008 and will be given a certificate of recognition acknowledging their accomplishments. The VIP Reception is an exclusive invitation only event for award nominees, MFC members, management firm executives/owners and other notable figures in the CID industry.

The Vision Service Awards include the following categories:

Service Award Categories
1. THE SPIRIT AWARD
2. EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE
3. EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION
4. LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT

2008 CACM Vision Leadership Awards
The Vision Leadership Awards have two levels of eligibility.

LEVEL I
For managers who manage an association of 300 CID units or less.

LEVEL II
For managers who manage an association with more than 300 CID units.

The Vision Leadership Awards include the following categories

5. COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT
6. CREATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR PROBLEM SOLVING
7. ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
8. PHYSICAL MANAGEMENT
9. ROOKIE OF THE YEAR
