The 2011 Facilities Management Conferences, held May 10 in Southern California and May 17 in Northern California, offered tips for managers to perform at their peak and stay ahead of the competition with the knowledge they can offer their boards.

Attendees examined advanced topics and trends, including life cycle cost analysis; wrap insurance policies and additional insured coverage; disability accommodation, the law and HOAs; and plug-in electric vehicles (PEV).
