Our year round programs and events are another great way to earn continuing education
as you enhance your professional skills. These are also opportunities to network with other CACM business professionals from around the state as you gain important industry knowledge.
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA LAW SEMINAR
The Law Seminar is an opportunity to learn and discuss important legal topics regarding community association-related issues, new legislation impacting the industry, interpretation of new case law and a variety of other cutting edge matters within the community association management field. CCAM's attending the full program receive seven (7) classroom CEUs. DRE and MCLE credit are also available.
NORTHERN CALIFORNIA LAW SEMINAR & TRADE SHOW
The Northern California Law Seminar & Trade Show held late January/early February each year at the Oakland Marriott City Center, is one of the biggest CID events of the year! It includes informative breakout sessions, legislative information from California legal experts, nationally known speakers and an exhibit hall packed with the latest industry products. CCAM's attending the full program receive seven (7) classroom CEUs. DRE and MCLE credit are also available.
CACM LEGISLATIVE DAY: BEHIND THE SCENES IN SACRAMENTO
CACM Legislative Day, held annually in late March, is designed to increase awareness and provide an opportunity for professionals to learn about the intricate workings of the Capitol and the Legislative sessions. Gather and discover ways to have a proactive impact and voice on legislative issues affecting your business. Sessions include: bill analysis and discussion, behind the scenes idea development and meetings with California legislators.
CCAM's attending the full program receive three (3) classroom CEUs.
CEO BUSINESS FORUMThe CEO Business Forum held in May each year at alternating locations, offers thought provoking topics with informative speakers and the chance to meet and mingle with prominent industry leaders. Join us for 2 days of learning, networking and sharing with other CID industry executives.
CCAM's attending the full program receive six (6) classroom CEUs.STATEWIDE EXPO & CONFERENCE
The CACM Statewide Conference & Exposition, considered to be "the best" the industry has to offer, takes place late July at the Disneyland Hotel & Convention Center. In addition to nearly 200 exhibitors from a variety of services, Expo features nationally known speakers and industry related workshops, the Vision Awards Dinner, significant networking opportunities and more. CCAM's attending the full program receive four (4) classroom and three (3) event CEUs.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT CONFERENCES
Facilities Management Conferences provide depth and dimension to the professional education curriculum. They demystify the maintenance process and provide insight into contractor licensing and insurance requirements and offer instruction on a variety of safety and building maintenance issues. When dealing with contractors and service providers, managers need to have knowledge of many maintenance components in the community association.
Offered on a semi annual basis, the Northern and Southern California Facilities Management Conferences are tailored to the individualized needs of the conference region. During the half-day conference, you will hear experts speak on a variety of topics chosen to match the maintenance requirements of the season. CCAM's attending the full program receive four (4) classroom CEUs.
