RegistrationA registration form may be completed online and faxed back to CACMSM for all educational courses listed in CACM's calendar. Please note: CACM Courses may be subject to schedule changes. If you are not a CCAM® and are considering applying for CCAM® status, you will be REQUIRED to successfully complete the Ethics course along with BAM and all 4 modules of California Law for Community Association Managers (CCAM®) Credential. These courses can also be used toward satisfying the 30 hours of continuing education units needed for re-certification of the CCAM® designation 13 of those hours must be classroom hours. The Ethics course is REQUIRED for re-certification every three years. Please be aware that pre-registration and pre-payment is required for all courses. Registration forms must be accompanied by your check, money order or credit card information. Registration forms received without payment will place your name on a waiting list. All California Department of Real Estate licensees must show photo ID. Any exam that is not passed may be re-taken for a cost of $25.00.

Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of fees and availability of space in class. Ninety percent (90%) of the course fee will be refunded if cancellation is received two weeks prior to the course presentation. Eighty percent (80%) of the course fee will be refunded if canceled less than two weeks prior to the course. No refund will be issued after the course begins. All California Real Estate Licensees must show photo ID prior to taking examinations. Any exam that is not passed may be re-taken for a cost of $25.00. Arrangements for re-taking exams may be made by contacting CACM, and re-take must be after 30 days of prior exam date. California Law for Community Associations Modules I, II, III, and IV, and the Ethics Course are approved by the California Department of Real Estate (Sponsor 3012) for continuing education credit. However, this approval does not constitute an endorsement of the views expressed by the course authors, instructors or lecturers. Students seeking DRE credit should be prepared to show picture identification and provide CACMsm with a DRE licensee number. Each course is awarded four hours of DRE credit. AICPA/CA State Board of Accountancy CACM Course material has been prepared to comply with AICPA Statement on Standards for Formal Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Programs. However, CPE Requirements may differ by jurisdictions; therefore, participants should consult their reporting jurisdiction. CACM courses may also apply towards the continuing education requirements as set forth by the California Board of Accountancy. however, it is the licensee's responsibility to establish that a continuing education program contributes directly to the professional competency of the licensee. |
