California Law Courses, Ethics, Professional Education courses, the BAM course, and Maintenance courses are eligible for this program. CACM limits Privately Sponsored Offerings to qualified organizations or firms which are approved by CACM. Contact CACM for complete Program requirements.

What are some of the Program Requirements?
- Providers must guarantee a minimum of 12 students and remit the total cost per student, per course, to CACM prior to course(s) date(s). Providers may not charge students more that the price established
for CACM offerings. Providers may charge less.
- Providers must request and confirm with CACM a course offering date at least 90 days prior to the offering
- Providers must provide a continental breakfast for morning courses; and/or cold soft drinks and snacks for afternoon courses. Water must be provided throughout the day for all students. Although not a
program requirement, the Provider may offer complimentary lunch to the students.
- Privately Sponsored Offerings must not be advertised by the Provider until instructor availability and course dates have been verified by CACM.
- Privately Sponsored Offerings cannot conflict with other scheduled CACM offerings.
- All costs associated with the Private Offering (all course fees, food, facility, audio visual, advertising, etc.) shall be borne by the Provider.

| What is the reduced course rate for a Privately Sponsored Course Offering?
If the 12 students are members
of CACM, they will receive a 10% discount. Non-members are
eligible to participate in the private offering at the
regular non-member rate. These reduced rates do not apply
to the BAM Course. Contact CACM for Privately Sponsored BAM
Course fees. |

| May I invite students from other companies to be part of the 12 student minimum requirement?
Yes. The students do not have to be from the same company. In fact, wonderful synergy is created as managers are able to network with one another during these educational programs. |
