for California Community Association Managers

The number one quality employers and clients value in community management is integrity. The objective of this course is to provide a review of CACM’s Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Practice for all CACM manager members. An interactive discussion of ethics complaints, disciplinary action and the appeals procedures provides the student with understanding the official rules of conduct for community managers. It is required for all managers seeking their initial CCAM® Certification. (4 hours including an examination)

The Ethics course is REQUIRED for recertification
every three (3) years.
