BAM©: The Basics of Association Management for the California Community Manager

BAM© is designed for new managers working in the community management. Comprehensive yet basic "tools of the trade" are the mainstay of this course. The student will gain a greater understanding of the day-to-day functions of the community manager and the community association. This course is also a great refresher for experienced managers. Reduced course fee for CCAM®s.

An examination is given at the end of each one day module which includes multiple choice, yes/no and true/false questions. (2 days - 14 hours including examination; 1 day - 7 hours including examination)
