CACM has played a larger role in helping shape state policy affecting common interest developments. CACM Legislative Day -- Behind the Scenes in Sacramento offers managers and executives the chance to join CACM, meet legislators, learn about the legislative process and, most importantly, be a part of the solution.

Event Schedule

8:30 am	Registration, Check-In and Continental Breakfast at the Hyatt Regency
9:00 – 9:45 am	Capitol Briefing Session Gather with colleagues to discuss the day ahead.
9:45 am	Walk to the Capitol
10:00 am – Noon	Behind the Scenes Interactive presentations with legislators and legislative staff
Noon	Walk to the Hyatt Regency
12:15 – 1:45 pm	Luncheon at the Hyatt Regency with Keynote Speaker
1:45 pm	Walk to the Capitol
2:00 – 4:00 pm	Assemble and Be Heard This session with your local legislators provides CACM members the opportunity to help representatives understand CID issues in their local districts and throughout California.
3:00 – 5:00 pm	Dessert Reception Reunite with your colleagues to discuss the day’s events and continue building relationships with legislators and legislative staff members over desserts and coffee.
