  Registration and Refund Policy

 

ATTENDEES
 
Courses
90% of the course fee will be refunded if cancellation request is received at least two weeks prior to the course presentation. 50% of the course/forum fee will be refunded if cancellation request is received less than two weeks, but more than one week prior to course presentation. No refund will be issued after one week prior to course presentation.

CEUs
In order to receive CEUs you must be in attendance for at least 90% of the program.

Course Transfer Policy
A $25 transfer fee will be charged to transfer to a different class if the transfer request is made no later than one week prior to course presentation of the class in which the registrant was originally enrolled. Course registrations may be transferred one time only. No transfers will be available after one week prior to course presentation.

Events (Law Seminar, CEO Business Forum, Facilities Management Conference, Expo and Forum)
Cancellations must be received in writing.  Please contact registration@cacm.org or 949-916-2226, ext. 17 regarding refund and/or transfer policies and details.
 

SPONSORS

Pre-payment is required 150 days prior to the start date of all events. Cancellation of sponsorship contract will result in a 50% processing fee, plus related costs. No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs within 120 days of event.


ADVERTISERS
Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must accompany advertising insertion agreement and artwork. Ad space ordered and not cancelled in writing by deadline date will be charged even if no art is provided and no advertising is published. Member rates apply only if membership is maintained throughout duration of the contract. Reference contract for payment policy, terms and conditions.
