Payment Methods Accepted – Online payments with credit cards or checks are accepted. Credit card or check payments submitted via email, fax or mail are also accepted.

The online payment processor is a secured website. The correct billing zip code must be entered for the credit card to process. Any pre-populated address fields may be deleted and re-entered on the payment screen.

If you choose to email, fax or mail in your credit card payment you will need: the credit card holder’s name and signature, type of credit card, credit card number, billing zip code and the amount you are authorizing to pay.  Missing information will result in delayed payment processing and possible late fees.

Payment Methods Not Accepted – Telephone payments are not accepted

Invoice Adjustments – Our online system does not allow partial payments, meaning invoices may not be adjusted online. If you do not wish to make the PAC contribution, you will need to email, mail or fax payment with the adjusted payment amount.

Due Date – All membership dues are due by January 1, 2012.

Billing Period – Membership dues ($550) are billed on a calendar year. If you joined in 2011, you are receiving a prorated bill based on your join date.

Delinquency Policy – Dues are not charitable contributions, but may be a deductible business expense. Members who fail to pay all fees within 30 days from the due date shall be considered delinquent on the 31st day and are subject to a late charge of $25. Failure to make payment within the succeeding 60 days will result in automatic termination of your membership without further notice. After termination, a reinstatement fee of $75 will be charged to reactivate your account.
